Lee Cordell is a woman who wears many hats. She’s a wife, mother of three, nurse practitioner, college professor, and CEO and Founder of Balanced Mama Coaching. Balanced Mama Coaching allows Lee to tap into her gift of helping women find joy by coaching high-achieving women so they gain wellness in life and massive success in business.

Lee shared the difficulties of balancing family, school, and her career now that she has three children. She’s struggled to define herself as a woman, wife, and mom, so she looked for help only to find the resources available to be lacking. Lee expounded, “We are always having a conversation about women being capable of doing everything, but not including anything on how you’re supposed to stay sane while you do it all.”

A huge supporter of #WorkMomLife balance, Lee has chosen to take up the mission to help other women gain success in all areas of their lives. Some of the areas she specializes in include: personal and professional accountability and strategy, content creation, innovation and implementation of passion projects, vision and mission development, and establishing a successful side hustle. Lee tailors workshops to help engage client network marketing teams and offers one-on-one coaching.

As Lee has continued to grow her business, she‘s found value in joining a coworking community to further network and tap into the entrepreneurial energy that can support her mission. Lee added, “I feel like every time I meet someone at Haven it’s a genuinely awesome connection that I feel like one or both of us, can help one another.”

Once Lee earns her doctorate, she plans to take things in her business up a notch. As she continues her life that she describes as a “series of twists and turns,” she’s found that becoming open to all possible ideas is the best way to go through her journey of self-growth and seeks to help other women do the same through her events and coaching programs.
